With Canadian Women’s Soccer

We are here in Norway, an hour north of Oslo in Hamar for our international friendly against Norway. We’ve been in camp since the 17th of May where we were in Washington until the 27th then flew here. We scrimmaged the Washington Freedom and though it was not a good day for us as a team, I think it was a blessing because it helped us to recognize some important things about who we are as a team. Since having Carolina as a coach, we’ve been blessed in learning more about the Italian culture which in this sport of soccer has been amazing. We were treated to meeting AC Milan, going to their game in DC and with new additions to our staff, learning what ‘being Italian’ in somewhat like. I think I love Italy even more now
