So hello everyone,
It has been some time but wanted to touch base. My rehab is going well and I cannot wait to be back on the field with the girls. I am still here at Rutgers University coaching and doing my rehab. It is great because the facilities here are great and I have such great support.
I’m usually in doing rehab for at least 2-3 hours everyday at Sports PTI in New Brunswick (with Pritee…yeah Pritee), followed by fitness and strength and conditioning with T. Scott which is another 2 hours and the rest of my time is put towards coaching and recruiting. Some days are busier than others in terms of work, but I am able to completely dedicate myself to my rehabilitation with my knee and keep my date back with the national team for March 26th.

I’ve also been doing other things. Last weekend I had a chance to speak at Montgomery High Schools Soccer Ball which was nice because I spoke to parents of players, both men and women. I expressed how influential of a role my parents had on myself as a person and as a athlete and how important the roles of parents have to their kids. Read the rest of this entry »
